Vendor Application

Quila’s Angels Inc, 2021 Angel Moms Brunch will take place on Saturday May 8, 2021. The brunch will be held from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Vendors will set up between 11:00 am and 11:30 am. Break down is 3:00 pm. Your business/organization will be assigned a location to set up. Electricity is not provided. No running water is available. Vendor will be supplied a 10 x 10 table and 1 chair, but must bring any other items they need. Location will be sent via email!
Vendor applications must be submitted by April 23, 2021!

Booth fee is $45 per business, $22 per nonprofit organizations (e.g., churches, social services, government, etc.). Please pay fee after submitting this application. Nonprofit organizations please sent a copy of your 501(c)(3) organization letter from the IRS to for verification.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. All fees must be paid in advance of the brunch. The brunch will be held rain or shine. Each vendor reservation received will be notified via email and added to the list of confirmed vendors on our website and social media pages. Vendors are responsible for their own personal property and are responsible for maintaining compliance with codes and regulations during the 2021 Angel Moms Brunch. All vendors assume complete liability and responsibility for their participation in the brunch. Each vendor must clean up their area at the end of the event.
