My name is Ruby, a mother of 3 beautiful children and this is our baby loss story. Four years ago, my husband and I was blessed to receive our first daughter. During my pregnancy, I had blood clots complications but our baby was a warrior and fought to the end. On February 25, 2017, my husband and I went for our 21 weeks anatomy scan and found out that we was having a girl. 24 hours later our daughter’s heartbeat stopped and I gave birth still to our traveling angel Aria Guadalupe. I blamed my body for failing me, for not being able support her beautiful life but life had other plans.

My husband and I was able to conceive our first rainbow baby, Azaria who is now three years old. When a woman becomes pregnant, the body passes its own cells to the baby and from the baby to its mother and stays in the body for life. I believe Aria cells was passed on to her little sister Azaria because they look alike. Our angel Aria has been looking over us for the past four years now. “Too beautiful for earth”

Four years later, my family and I was blessed with our second rainbow, our first boy, AXEL IAN. At 37 weeks I dilated 8 cm, AXEL IAN was born on February 4, 2021, his original due date was February 25, 2021. Life seemed so good as my family and I was learning and loving on our newest boy in the house. We loved his manly cry and he was such a mellow baby that only cried when he was hungry and wanted a diaper change, other than that nothing bothered him.

Everything was good, our AXEL unexpectedly passed away on February 20, 2021, five days from his due date and his sister angelversary they shared. AXEL, is forever 16 days old and I blamed myself for not being able to save him until my family and I received the autopsy results and his cause of death was SIDS. SIDS took our son!

We buried AXEL on February 26, 2021 and put his big sister Aria ashes in his right arm, hugging her and now they are together forever. AXEL looked just like his sister Azaria when he was born and after a couple weeks he started to look like me when I was a baby.

“Everyone dreams of angels, but we held one in our arms.”
